How is this different from other measurement services?

We use state‑of‑the‑art LiDAR scanning and an ANSI‑certified photographer to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional documentation.

Will the square footage match builder paperwork?

Sometimes not — builder plans or permits may include unfinished areas (e.g., bare concrete garages), which ANSI does not count as finished square footage. We’ll walk through those details in your pre‑service checklist.

When will I get the floor plan and report?

Everything is delivered by the end of the day after your shoot, ready for MLS uploads, marketing, or client handouts.

Can these measurements be used for appraisals or listings?

Absolutely — the ANSI‑compliant floor plan and certified report are suitable for MLS listings, appraisals, and professional documentation.

Do you measure outdoor or unfinished spaces?

We only include finished, ANSI‑defined spaces in the certified square footage. Outdoor areas, unfinished garages, basements, or similar spaces may be shown on the plan but are not included in the total finished square footage.
